Remove and replace automatic transmission filter and gasket. Added fresh transmission fluid. Inspect for leaks. Road test vehicle.(Some vehicles are equipped with a washable transmission filter and/or a reusable pan gasket)
Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid, inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper levels. Road test vehicle for proper operation.

DIAGNOSE: CUSTOMER STATES WHEN COLD IS WORSE – SHUDDERS FROM 3 TO4 AND 4 TO 5. AT 45-55MPH ENGINE REVS BEFORE SHIFT. WHEN COLD IF YOU FLOOR IT, IT'S OKAY BUT SLOWING TO CORNER CAN FEEL THE SHUDDER AS WELL.

P0740 – TCC out of range. Test drove, occasional 3-4 flare. Torque converter clutch okay until warm on medium throttle then slips and tripped code. Recommend to discontinue driving until repairs are completed. If the pump is damaged, it is on back order.
