RESET FUEL ADAPTATIONS AND RETEST/MONITOR ENGINE DATA TO CONFIRM REPAIR. AFTER REPAIRS ROAD TESTED VEHICLE UNDER VARIOUS CONDITIONS. NO DTCS PRESENT AT THIS TIME. VEHICLE IS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. AIRBAG DIAG: BASED ON DTC, PER FACTORY TESTING PROCEDURE DISCONNECTED AND INSPECTED PIN AT ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR TO DRIVER SEAT SIDE AIRBAG. CONNECTOR IS CLEAN, FREE OF DEBRIS BUT SEEMED TO HAVE NOT BEEN LOCKED ALL THE WAY IN. Once the torque converter clutch begins shuddering, the transmission needs rebuilt and the torque converter replaced. When we rebuild these units, there are several improvements made in the transmission and we use an upgraded torque converter with a billet cover. If you decide to get your transmission rebuilt, we will refund this diagnostic charge.

OIL PRESSURE AT THE VVT IS GOOD INDICATING THAT THE OIL PUMP IS WORKING. OIL PRESSURE SENSOR HAS MOST LIKELY FAILED. OIL FILTER HOUSING LEAKING AND SHOULD BE REPLACED WHEN SERVICING PRESSURE SENSOR. VEHICLE IS OVERDUE FOR OIL CHANGE.
- Test drive vehicle. Inspect for leaks. Remove pan (if possible) from transmission. Replace and/or clean filter/screen. Adjust bands as necessary, if possible. Re install pan with new gasket and fill with proper fluid. Check level and check for leaks.

CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS CONFIRM THE 9TH INJECTOR SPECIFICALLY IS WORKING. 9TH INJECTOR STOPPED WORKING & WAS REPLACED IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR.
- Unable to duplicate fuel smell. Check all connections and lines from tank to engine. Removed "dog house" and inspected fuel system on the engines. Including supply lines, return lines, and injectors and connectors. No visible leaks found. Monitored emission system, noted ninth injector pulse width and was able to see P.H. levels in DPF change. Indicating ninth injector is working normally.
- DIAGNOSE: wants steering/ suspension lubricated
