2011 GMC Sierra
Mileage164,970Service Date5/28/2025Services Performed- Scanned for diagnostic trouble codes, found three: P0522 – Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Circuit Low P20EE – NOx Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold P207E – Incorrect Reductant Composition Need to start by removing the DEF injector from the exhaust system and testing quality, quantity, and pressure. However, nuts on DEF injector look very rusted. Its a cause for concern as they could break. Need permission to continue. Was able to remove DEF injector. Performed quality and quantity test. DEF fluid is milky in cooler and has poor PH concentration. Will need DEF system drain, refilled with good DEF, and a regeneration and system reset preformed. Poor DEF quality has damaged the rear NOx sensor and will need to be replaced.

- Test drive vehicle. Inspect for leaks. Remove pan (if possible) from transmission. Replace and/or clean filter/screen. Adjust bands as necessary, if possible. Re install pan with new gasket and fill with proper fluid. Check level and check for leaks.
- WELD EXHAUST AT MIDWAY CLAMP
- CLEARED WASHER FLUID LINES. THEY SPRAY BETTER BUT STILL ARENT LIKE NEW. PUMP MIGHT BE GETTING A LITTLE WEAK OVER TIME.

FOUND THAT UPSTREAM O2 SENSORS ARE NOT SWITCHING PROPERLY INTERMITTENTLY. ALSO WHILE LOOKING AT LONG TERM FUEL TRIMS NOTICED THAT ENGINE IS RUNNING SLIGHTLY RICH. THERE IS ALSO A VERY SLIGHT ENGINE MISFIRE THAT OCCURS ON OCCASION WHILE IDLING. CONCLUDED THAT 1 OR MORE O2 SENSORS ARE FAULTY, RECOMMEND REPLACING ALL 4 SENSORS AT ONCE. RESET FUEL ADAPTATIONS AND RETEST/MONITOR ENGINE DATA TO CONFIRM REPAIR. AFTER REPAIRS ROAD TESTED VEHICLE UNDER VARIOUS CONDITIONS. NO DTCS PRESENT AT THIS TIME. VEHICLE IS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. AIRBAG DIAG: BASED ON DTC, PER FACTORY TESTING PROCEDURE DISCONNECTED AND INSPECTED PIN AT ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR TO DRIVER SEAT SIDE AIRBAG. CONNECTOR IS CLEAN, FREE OF DEBRIS BUT SEEMED TO HAVE NOT BEEN LOCKED ALL THE WAY IN. RE-CONNECTED AND VERIFIED CONNECTOR PROPERLY INSTALLED, CLEARED, ROAD TESTED, AND RETESTED FOR DTCS AND NONE PRESENT AT THIS TIME. *NOTE THAT DRIVERS SEATBELT BUCKLE IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME RECOMMEND REPLACING

2015 Chevrolet Suburban

Once the torque converter clutch begins shuddering, the transmission needs rebuilt and the torque converter replaced. When we rebuild these units, there are several improvements made in the transmission and we use an upgraded torque converter with a billet cover. If you decide to get your transmission rebuilt, we will refund this diagnostic charge.
