    • inspected crank sensor and attached wiring. no obvious issues. also inspected camshaft sensor and wiring/connectors. vehicle came in with stored code p0339 : ckp sensor circuit malfunction. tested crank sensor voltage and resistance. used pico scope and measured wave lengths and they were comparable to a known good sensor. issue may be intermittent. could not duplicate at this time. did not find any splicing or faulty connectors or wiring.

    • Confirmed customer concern. No air coming from hvac system. Mode doors operating normally at this time. Blend doors operating normally at this time. Removed passenger floor kick panel and found blower motor was not operating. Found power coming from hvac module to motor. Recommend replace hvac blower motor assembly.
