- Confirmed battery low. No lights on dash at this time. Testing of alternator confirmed customer concern; alternator has no charging voltage, bad diode and only 18 amp output max. Replaced alternator, system operating normal at this time.
- ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove and Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and recharge.] – [Includes: Test.]
- Drain and refill automatic transmission fluid. Inspect for leaks. Check linkage for wear and proper operation. Road test vehicle.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
