- Has turbo overboost code p0234, and turbo vane position sensor code p2564. Turbo van position does not correspond to commanded position. Vehicle is sluggish and struggles to make boost until high rpms, then flutters, and pulses as the ecm pulls fuel to prevent overboost conditions. This is typically from stuck vanes inside the vgt turbo, resulting in low power/sluggish vehicle and inability to control vane position. Recommend replacing turbo and retest vehicle performance.
